FAQ

What services do you provide?
We offer embroidery, heat transfer printing, Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing, and one-color waterbased screen printing. Get more info about our what we do on our Services page!
We also provide custom design work!

What is your turnaround time?
Our turn around time is 10 business days from the date that all artwork is approved and down payment is accepted. For embroidery or pre-bought screens, we can usually get it finished in 5-7 business days. Need something rushed? We know how it goes sometimes! Don't worry, we can work with you to get it done ASAP for a $50 rush charge.

Do you print samples?
Yes, we do! Producing one sample takes just as much set-up and prep time as an order of 50 shirts so they can be expensive. Just let us know your idea and we will get you a price for a sample shirt.

Do you accept customer supplied apparel?
We accept Customer-Supplied Apparel under our own discretion for embroidery, screen print, and heat transfer material. We do not accept Customer-Supplied Apparel for Direct-To-Garment (DTG). See our full policy here.

Do you charge set up fees?
No! We keep our prices simple. There are no extra fees for changing thread colors on embroidery, or for changing t-shirt colors for printing! When we give you a quote, we will give you the price per garment, including everything except for shipping and tax.

We do charge a one-time digitizing fee of $35 for new embroidery logos and designs to convert the file into a readable file for the embroidery machine.

Do you require a down payment?

We require a 50% down payment to get started on any order over $20. Additionally, we require an upfront payment for all digitizing fees and a down payment for any art and design work.

What is the maximum print size?
For Direct-To-Garment, the max print size is 14"x16”. For heat transfer it is 12.75"x19”.
